COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to the global situation around COVID-19, reduced air travel, various regional lock downs and border restrictions we are observing delays with our courier partners. We hope that you can understand that during these times there may be a delay to our regular turnaround times and please contact us on our hotline or email us at we@thesages.vn if you’d like to check in on any orders.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders received by 9am GMT+7 Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day pending credit verification. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day and dispatched within 24 hours pending credit verification. We hope you can understand during peak times there may be slight delivery delays however if you do not receive your order in the timeframe specified, please contact us on hotline or email us at we@thesages.vn.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY RATE

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $200.

All domestic orders will be sent out using registered couriers. Typically, major cities will arrive in 1-2 days, other areas will take 2-5 business days. COVID-19 lockdowns may impact timing. Full tracking information will be provided on dispatch. Please note we cannot ship to a PO BOX address.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATE

We offer a flat rate shipping for all international deliveries:

AU$45, orders will be sent out using either TNT or DHL Express. Delivery of your order will take 1-3 working days after dispatch. Full tracking is provided from the TNT or DHL website.

Orders received by 9am GMT+7 on a business day and pending credit verification, will be dispatched on that business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day.

You may be responsible for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.

ORDER TRACKING

You will be sent a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your delivery with the link provided in this email.

IN-STORE DELIVERY

You may choose to collect the products from our stores (please check our Contact page for the address) during the store’s normal opening hours.

This delivery is free of charge.

If you are collecting the products in person, you will need to show the store your order confirmation email and a valid identification document (i.e. your passport or national ID card).

If you have authorized another person to collect the products on your behalf, this person will need to present:

  • the order confirmation email;
  • a valid identification document (i.e. a copy of your passport or national ID card);
  • the authorized person’s valid identification document; and
  • a simple letter of authorization from you
  • the payment card used for purchase

We will hold your products at the store for thirty (30) calendar days. If the products are not collected within thirty (30) calendar days, the store will return the products to The Sages team and we will notify you. If this occurs, it shall be treated as a free return of your order and we shall provide you with a refund for the products.

Please note that in cases of in-store collection orders, the store will not deliver or arrange delivery to a different or additional address. Accordingly, the product shall be collected at the store only.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Custom Tailored and Custom Online orders will take 4 weeks after order confirmation.

Handmade Bespoke orders can take anywhere from 5 weeks to 6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the number of fittings you have with our stylists.

Ready-to-wear and accessories’ orders are shipped immediately if ordered separately. If they are combined with Custom Tailored, Bespoke or Custom Online orders, we hold them and combine shipments.

RUSH DELIVERY

Rush deliveries are not possible for first orders of Custom Tailored and Bespoke items due to the intricate process of hand-crafted pattern-making.

Once your pattern is saved in our system, future orders will have more flexibility for rush requests.
